Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our strict refund and cancellation rules before proceeding with any payment.

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the client discontinues the website services in the future, only the database will be provided.
Source code will not be provided.
If hosting renewal or maintenance payments are not made on time, the website will be paused/suspended.
If payment is not cleared within 30 days of due date, the website will be permanently deleted and no refund will be provided.
