Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deeply appreciate your generosity. Donations made to our organisation are used to fund our charitable programs and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date.
• Refunds are considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.
• Tax-exemption receipts already issued must be returned before a refund can be processed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your transaction ID, donation amount, and date. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

You may cancel a recurring (monthly) donation at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will stop future deductions but will not refund donations already processed.
